Ingredients

  • 10–12 fresh green leaves (such as mint or other edible leafy greens)
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Method

Step 1: Clean the Ingredients

Wash all leaves thoroughly under running water to remove dirt and impurities. Wash the cucumber and apple well.

Step 2: Prepare the Produce

Chop the cucumber and apple into small pieces. Remove any seeds from the apple if desired.

Step 3: Blend

Add the leaves, cucumber, apple, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth.

Step 4: Strain (Optional)

For a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. If you prefer extra fiber, leave it unstrained.

Step 5: Serve

Pour into a glass and drink immediately while fresh. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Suggested Use
