- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add beef to the slow cooker.
- Stir in onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and broth if using.
- Top with chopped cabbage.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Stir well before serving and adjust seasoning to taste.
